More FACTS !!!

1. Ever been to El Pueblo la Nuestra Senora de Reina de los Angeles de la Porciuncula? Imagine a place's name being that long! It would take me months to remember it. Even the abriviation to that would be really long. Well thank god someone changed that beautiful city's name to Los Angeles.
"The town of Los Angeles, California, was originally named El Pueblo la Nuestra Senora de Reina de los Angeles de la Porciuncula."

2. "In 4000 BC Egypt, men and women wore glitter eye shadow made from the crushed shells of beetles."
Back in the days, Egyptian poeple were really advanced for their time and have achieved things that it impossible to achieve in todays world, like how excatly are mummies preserved and how was the pyramid made with no machies to help them out. These questions have always got me wondering.

3. "In 1770, a bill proposing that women using makeup should be punished for witchcraft was put forward to the British Parliament."
When Salem Witchcraft started, people kept on finding ways to get women in prizon. The way to figure out whether a person was a witch or not was by tying him/her with a big rock and pushing the person in the water. If a person drowned then he/she wasnt a witch but if he/she didnt then that meant that that person was witch.

4. "The powder on chewing gum is finely-ground marble."
The white powder on the gum is infact finely-grounded marble powder. It is used to cover the gum so the gum doesnt stick to the paper and thus doesnt react to moisture. Now you can go up to a friend and say "My teeth are so strong that I can eat marble with no ease."
